Plant Operations Manager

The Plant Operations Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. He/she will oversee all daily production and maintenance as well as lead a team of 4 Shift Supervisors in a 24/7 operation while developing processes that will maximize safety, quality, cost targets, service levels and productivity.

Shift Lead/Kettle/Equipment Operator (Bethel Plant)

The Shift Lead/Kettle and Equipment Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of the production process from raw materials to finished product; assisting in troubleshooting to meet quality standards.

Packaging Machine Operator

The Packaging Machine Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of the packing machines.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the efficient operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer’s instructions and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions to minimize equipment downtime.

Equipment Operator

The Equipment Operator is responsible for inspecting and unloading raw product, loading raw product into hoppers, operating the peeling station in the basement, sorting out bad product and ensuring adequate peeling and washing.

Production Data Entry Associate

The Production Data Entry Associate is responsible for staging corrugate, stacking and shrink wrapping boxes on pallets, verifying all company and customer required specifications and entering pallets on paperwork and in database.

Route Sales Representative - Jumper

The Route Sales Representative - Jumper is responsible for operating a company vehicle over numerous established routes to sell and deliver products to meet sales goals. He/she will fill in or assist existing Route Sales Representatives during busy periods or cover for time off. This involves developing sales strategies and maintaining and growing a client database. He/she will be expected to render services and collect money from customers.


The Packer is responsible for packaging finished product off the packing lines into specified corrugate per company and customer specifications.
